I have a lot of retired Stampin’ Up! Project Life cards and accessory packs, more than I can ever use for my memory keeping journals! So I decided to start using some of them to make cards. I mentioned yesterday that I created a “green and yellow” themed baby card for my niece’s baby shower only to find out her color scheme was navy, beige and white. If you missed the cards I made for her, see them here. Meanwhile this is my original card I made that I’ll use for a staff member’s upcoming baby shower.
I looked through my extensive Project Life card stash and found these cute cards to use on my baby card. I embossed the card base using the Happy Heart embossing folder (it seemed to fit such wonderful occasion – a new baby!), popped on the two Project Life “Little Moments” cards and I was done! WOW, how more easy could it be to create a card by just using one or several of my Project Life cards as the base for the card.
Here’s the few things I used for this card – fast, easy and oh so cute for baby!
