Yes, I love Christmas and I’m back to making more holiday items. And I love my new Candy Cane Lane DSP (on sale here)! I’ve used it on two different cards so far, see them here and here. And today I’m showing you how easy it is to make Christmas gift tags using the entire Candy Cane Lane suite of products – from paper to washi tape to baker’s twine and the new Real Red and Emerald Envy glitter embossing powders. I love the sparkle and shine it adds to the tags! I added Candy Cane Washi tape on each tag. On the first and last tag, I cut out the pieces from the DSP and popped them up on the tag for more dimension. It was so much fun creating these tags, and I finished all 4 in less than 30 minutes, including the time to plan and create the designs! Now that I have them done, making more will be a snap! Meanwhile, I think I’m going to have to buy more glitter embossing paper since I’m using them on everything – LOL!

Your tags are darling Janice! I love how the sparkly embossing powder adds some glimmer without all the mess. The candy cane lane DSP is one of my favorites this year – I love every single pattern and that doesn’t usually happen 🙂
Thanks Deepa. At first I wasn’t sure I like the Candy Cane Lane paper, but once I got it and started playing…OMG, I love it and have used almost all of my first pack, so I ordered more! It was so easy to make tags using it!
