Did you see the Brushed Blooms bundle, a hidden gem, in the Stampin’ Up! 2021 Mini Catalog on page 29? I must admit I missed it the first few times I looked through the catalog! When I did finally notice it, I wasn’t sure how I’d use the large “abstract” die. So I passed on getting it right away.
But then I started seeing some really cute cards using the Brushed Blooms bundle. I decided to take another look at it. From simple cards to gorgeous tags for gifts, I loved it! The flower stamps are gorgeous and the flower dies make the stamps stand out on the cards. Use the stamps to create a beautiful background on your card front. Or use the flower dies to create multiple layered flowers, in coordinating colors, to pop them out on either a card or gift tag.
Although these cards and the tag may look complicated, they are extremely easy to recreate. Click here for an instructional tutorial to create the look. Here’s the supplies you need to make these two cards.
Here’s another card using the “brushstroke” die! The top frame layer in Basic White cardstock has strips of coordinating cardstock adhered to the back to look like brushstrokes of color. Stamp the “Happy Birthday” greeting using Shaded Spruce ink in each cutout area. So easy to create a fun, yet simple, birthday card. Vary the colors and you have an endless selection of birthday cards.
Another quick and simple card using the flower dies and stamp set. It is so easy to make multiple variations with Stampin’ Up! incredible coordinating colors. Choose your favorites!

So, turn to page 29 in the Mini Catalog and take a look at the Brushed Blooms bundle! It’s available through June 30, 2021. You’ll find it a great addition to your card-making activities!
Thanks for stopping by today! Hugs to all of you and happy Stamping!
