I know, I’ve been talking about cooler temperatures, but I don’t want snow! That’s why I live in Texas, usually no snow! I’m back to traditional Christmas colors of red and green for this Christmas card. This card uses the Perfect Pines framelits dies to cut 2 different size trees. I used 2 of the other dies in the set to decorate the inside of the trees. The larger one cuts branches so they stand out and I used my White Stampin’ chalk marker to add the snow effects. The back tree has die holes cut backed with Red glimmer paper to add sparkle. The Whisper White is embossed with the new Softly Falling embossing folder. I also added more red glimmer paper in the form of stars. The striped Cherry Cobbler ribbon anchors my trees with the greeting stamped below. Lots of little details, but still a very quick and easy card to make using the embossing folder and framelits dies!

The red sparkle peeking through the tree is so pretty! I love the glimmer papers, they add just the right amount of sparkle to any project.
