Tomorrow is the last day of Sale-A-Bration and I wanted to say thank your for everything and more to those of you who placed an order with me! I hope you are enjoying your stamp sets, inks, papers and all those wonderful embellishments you got! So today’s card is a special virtual thank you card for everyone!
I’ve seen several versions of this card layout with different papers, ribbons, and embossed backgrounds. So I took all the the things I liked best from all the others and put them into my card.
It’s another black & white card with gold accents! I dry embossed the Whisper White card base with the Brick Wall textured impression embossing folder. I love my embossing folders – they add so much to a card with so little effort! Well worth the $7.50!!
This time I used the one-sided, gold dots Pop of Pink DSP paper which is oh so bold, I love it!! The gold circles/dots stands all on it’s own, but I framed with with Basic Black cardstock to make it pop off the card base background. I stamped the greeting (from One Big Meaning stamp set – you know you need this since all my cards for the last 2 weeks have used this set!!) with VersaMark. I heat embossed it using the Gold embossing powder. Added a metallic ribbon knot from the Sale-A-Bration Metallic ribbon, and I was done!
Here’s what I used to create this card:
That’s my last “Black & White” card for a while. I’m moving on to spring cards next, so stop back to see what kinds of spring creations I’m working on for your viewing and crafting pleasure! Don’t forget, tomorrow is the last day you can earn and order you Sale-A-Bration items!

That sheet of gold polka-dot paper is one of my favorite pieces of DSP 🙂 Love this card too – the touches of gold really make the card pop. I’ve loved seeing all your black & white cards, and I’m looking forward to your spring-y projects next 🙂
