As you know, I love colorful cards! But today’s card is a white on white with a touch of gold, very elegant and continues my non-traditional holiday color cards. I was inspired by last week’s FMS#309 sketch and used it as a starting point for this card. I’ve also been anxious to try out the new Winter Wonder TIEF one a Christmas card. And this is my result:
I went with white on white so that you focused on the embossed snowflake and the Christmas greeting. I embossed the snowflake on a Whisper White thick cardstock piece and popped it up with dimensionals. I stamped the greeting from Snowflake Sentiments in Night of Navy ink and die cut it with the Layering Oval framelits. I added two small metallic doilies, one silver, one gold and some of the metallic gold thread. Another simple, quick yet elegant card for my upcoming my non-traditional Holiday stamp a stack.
Here’s what I used to make this card:
Were you surprised by my “non-bright color” card? I was! But I absolutely love it. I’m going to have to try more of these! Thanks for stopping by today! Happy stamping, and think about joining us for for one of my Holiday Stamp A Stack events!

Just stunning! And pretty easy to mass produce, which is always a bonus. I just got that embossing folder, and I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Might be case-ing your card soon 🙂

Thanks Deepa! I was very pleased with the simplicity of this card and how gorgeous (in my humble opinion) it turned out.
