I got this paper, but wasn’t sure I’d really like it. Yes, I do that a lot, especially when Stampin’ Up! has their designer series paper sales. It turned out, I now love this paper! This is my first card with it, but I already have several others planned with other pieces of the DSP!
This is my last card using the final supplies from my Paper Pumpkin “Layered Leaves” kit. It turns out I had way more Gold leaves that I realized so I created a card just for them. Here’s today’s card.
I added a few more leaves die cut in in Early Espresso, Soft Suede and Tranquil Tide with the new Stitched Seasons framelits from last month’s promotion (hope you got them because they are so useful!!). The saying is from the kit and stamped using the Cajun Craze ink spot. The card base is Cajun Craze and the beautiful leaf montage is from the Nature’s Poem DSP. Isn’t it gorgeous? And the center frame is actually the back side of the leaf pattern! I wrapped a piece of Tranquil Tide thick twine around the card, and I was finished! Very simple but a stunning card, at lease I think. What about you, do you like the way it turned out?
Here’s the additional supplies I used to make this kit:
Thanks for stopping by today.Tomorrow I’ll show you some of the beautiful fall things from the Stampin’ Up! catalogs that will help you create beautiful fall and Thanksgiving cards!
And I couldn’t stop myself creating with my leftover Paper Pumpkin kits! Next week, I’ll show you the cards I created with my “May Good Things Grown” kit from March-2018. Happy stamping this weekend!
