I still had some leftovers from my March-2018 “May good things Grow” Paper Pumpkin kit and I couldn’t let them go to waste. So out came my other Stampin’ Up! supplies, both current and retired, to make these last two cards.
This first one uses the Fresh Fig card from the kit. I took the other envelope flap (see yesterday’s card here) which had a wonderful Lemon Lime Twist stripe – I love it. I adhered that directly onto the card with no other layers. This vibrant strip didn’t need any help in commanding attention. I use one of the wood flowers from the bonus elements that Stampin’ Up! included in this kit and sponged it with Flirty Flamingo ink. I punched a scallop circle (retired) but you can do the same thing with the Layering Circles framelits. I used a greeting (from another Paper Pumpkin kit “Season of Gratitude” in October 2016). I stamped it onto a piece of the Crumb Cake card in the kit, sponged it with Soft Suede ink and used my Tailored Tag to punch it out. The branch is also from the bonus embellishments, sponged in Mossy Meadow ink. I wrapped a piece of retired Gold Bakers twine around it and tied a bow.
This second card used my last few pieces of the kit and more of other supplies.
It’s on a Blackberry Bliss card base, dry embossed with the Petal Burst TIEF. Another inside envelope flap on top of a retired white doily to make it stand out. The greeting from from the Season of Gratitude Paper Pumpkin kit. And now, to some very, very retired embellishments I knew would make this card. The flowers are from an adhesive cork from a kit from ages ago, so “old” I don’t even remember what they came with, but I knew I’d eventually use them. I added the last of the small leaves from this kit. The silver tag frame is a Flourished Designer frame embellishment that’s also been around in my craft room for ages, just waiting for that special card!
Well that does it for this week…I’ve used all the pieces from my March-2018 Paper Pumpkin kit. I hope you enjoyed my creations this week. Here’s a picture of all the cards I made from this kit (except that last one I snuck in with all the retired embellishments!).
Thanks for stopping by and happy stamping this weekend! I hope I’ve given you lots of ideas.

I have not even looked at all my stamping supplies for several years. Your beautiful cards may inspire me to drag everything out and play once again. 🤗

I’m so glad that I inspired you Joanne! I hope your are able to pull out your supplies and create wonderful cards! If I can help, let me know. I love creating and always miss my time in my craft room when I’m traveling, even though I love traveling with my sweet hubby now that I’m retired. Thanks for following my blog and there’s more to come to inspire your creativity!

Joanne, a very belated comment. But, I’m so glad I could inspire you to drag out stamping supplies. Especially now that we are all being told to socially distance ourselves to slow down the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s relaxing hobby that can take us away from the stresses of the times.
