My father will be turning 90 in February (WOW!) and I thought this week’s PPA322 template challenge would be a great template to create his card. I used masculine colors from the retired Sweater Weather DSP and the Here’s to Cheer stamp with the “there is much to celebrate” saying since it seemed so appropriate for his celebration. I had to really restrained myself to make it a simple card and here’s the result.
I added Happy “90th” birthday on the inside with the new Large Number framelits and the Celebrate Today stamp set for such an important and monumental birthday.
This is another example how sometimes, less is more! I have to keep telling myself that as I’m creating cards! Here’s what I used for this card.
