I’ve been creating a variety of quick and easy cards for both the beginning crafter and those of us who need a card now! The Expressions in Ink DSP is one of the prettiest papers, I think, that Stampin’ Up! has had in their annual catalogs in a long time. It’s all sketched and hand-painted by their artist then turned into beautiful designer series paper for us! Here’s the entire Expressions in Ink suite.
I choose to work with just the designer series paper today for my cards. The incredible thing about the paper layout is that many of the prints can be cut in half. Then each half is cut into three 4″ pieces to add to your card (you will need to trim the 6″ down to 5-1/4″ as I did on my cards). And this gives you 6 (!) card tops from one sheet of 12″ x 12″ DSP! Look at these three papers that I used. Aren’t they absolutely stunning?
Here are some of the cards I made with the above papers. Just a card stock card base, the stunning DSP, and a greeting from the Artically Inked stamp set with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
Here is one of the pink papers I used and some of the cards I made with the DSP.
Card-making can’t be much easier than this!
Thanks for stopping by today. If you don’t have a demonstrator, I’d love to be yours. Just hop over to my site to shop. Hugs to all of you, and happy stamping!
