I’ve been having so much fun making Christmas cards this year, I almost forgot that October is considered Halloween month! What reminded me was a friend in Atlanta who posted her front door “Witch” wreath. And I was so excited because I remembered I bought one last year (that’s a post for another day).
Our neighborhood is an old, established one with a fantastic elementary school and lots of kids. However, we are on the last block from our school and don’t get many little ones in costumes. It’s always so fun to see them in their costumes even though the number of children dwindles each year.
Since our trick-or-treater numbers are few, I’ve frequently made treat holders hold the candy I give out to the neighborhood kids. But since Halloween was essentially “canceled” last year, I forgot about making Halloween treat containers until today.
Here are just a few of my fun treat holders from years past.
Hmmm, I think I’ll go put together my September Paper Pumpkin treat boxes just in case we get some trick-or-treaters. Do you make treat holders for your trick-or-treaters? Please share your creations in the comments. I’d love to see what others are doing to celebrate!
Looking for bargains for your card making? Be sure to take a look at the new clearance items added on October 6, 2021! Lots of great things as much as 60%. Check it out before they are gone.
Thanks for stopping by today. If you don’t have a demonstrator, I’d love to be yours. Just hop over to my site to shop. Hugs to all of you, and happy stamping!
