Another set of cards using the Dandy Garden suite. This time I focused just on quick and simple birthday cards since I need a lot of them for January and February birthdays.
This card, on a Basic White card base, used another of the 4″ x 6″ Memories & More cards and a piece of the Dandy Garden designer series paper cut to fit inside the frame. I die cut two ovals (one seemed a little bare) with the Stitched Shapes dies. The greeting, from “You Are Amazing” stamp set, is stamped in Mossy Meadow. The dragonflies are from one of the Dandy Garden DSP. The large one was punched out with the Dragonflies punch, the smaller one was fussy cut. I used dimensionals to pop the large dragonfly up for more visual effect.
The second card used a Calypso Coral DSP piece on a Basic White card base and one of the 3″ x 4″ Memories & More cards set off center. I added a Misty Moonlight Stitched Shape oval. The birthday greeting stamped in Misty Moonlight ink on Basic White and die cut with the Stitched So Sweetly die. I added Misty Moonlight Color Enamel dots for bling. Doesn’t this look like fireworks going off?!
This third card, on a Basic White card base, has two coordinating Misty Moonlight DSP patterns. To bring in more color, I die cut three graduated size Stitched Shape ovals. Basic White for the greeting, Misty Moonlight and the largest one from a Bumblebee DSP print. The birthday greeting, stamped in Misty Moonlight, is from Approaching Perfection, a Sale-a-Bration stamp set (earn it free by ordering $50 of products). The ballon is also from this set and stamped in Bumblebee and colored in with a Bumblebee marker.
Here’s what I used to make these cards.
