So I spent Sunday afternoon cleaning up my craft table mess – see Saturday’s post – so I could get back to creating. Huh…did not work exactly like I thought it would! Once I had my craft table clean, my newest Stampin’ Up! shipment box was staring at me and saying “open me, open me.” And of course, I just had to open up it up. Oh my, what a wonderful distraction! As a demonstrator we get to order things from the new catalogs one month before they go “live” to all of you. The new “Handmade for the Holiday” catalog is available September 1, 2015 – January 4, 2016. You are going to love what’s in the new holiday catalog! I want it all, but that’s a just a little unrealistic (or so my dear hubby says!).
So I started with a few essentials like Christmas Designer papers, embossing folders, thinlet dies and a few Christmas embellishments so I can create the first set of cards for my annual “Stamp-A-Stack” Christmas card classes which begin in September. Yes, it’s that time already! Here’s some of the goodies I got with this shipment from the new Handmade for the Holidays catalog and a few things from the new Annual Catalog. (Need a catalog? You can download it here or place an order with me and I will mail one to you for free.)
Now I’m just having a hard time narrowing it down to what stamps sets, papers and dies I use first! Oh the dilemma of a Stampin’ Up! paper crafter! And I’m also planning ahead for my September, October and November orders – LOL! September says “fall” and there are some beautiful fall stamp sets and papers. October, hmm…Halloween. Although I don’t send cards and most of my group do not, we do do decorations and treat boxes! And this year’s Halloween decoration, a darling witch’s hat that can also be used for “Wizard” birthday party themes. It’s so darn cute!
Ah…time to get back to creating rather than talking about all the wonderful things I just got. See you tomorrow.

I know and I had to restrain myself – LOL! My wish list is still very long and I’m going to have to really get crafting to use all these goodies!
