I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend celebration with your family and friends. It’s a time to be thankful for those around us, those who are far away and those who are no longer with us. We will really miss celebrating with our dad this year – he died the day after Thanksgiving last year so it will be a sad memory for us.
Today’s card, #19 Merry Christmas to your town, uses one of my October 2016 Paper Pumpkin kits to create 8 regular sized cards. I love my extra Paper Pumpkin kits to play with new ideas as I have time. Have you considered getting a Paper Pumpkin subscription? They are so much fun straight out of the box, or to create your own versions. Check out my Paper Pumpkin site and see some of the recent kits we’ve had.
The original kit made 8 notecards size cards. I chose a non-traditional blue & green theme and used the town, trees and hill cutouts for my cards. I started with a card base of Damper Denim (retired 2016-18 In-Color) topped with a Pool Party, Old Olive and Whisper White cardstock. Layers, over layers to get the look I wanted for this set of Christmas cards. I feel like I could just hop into this scene and take of skiing the hills.
This kit makes 8 cards with envelopes (one already done for you) for only $20. Or I’ll finish the 8 cards for you for $30.
Order your Christmas and Holiday cards here
Be sure to include how you want to get your cards:
- Mailed directly to you (flat fee $6). If you purchase up to 3 multiple kits, the mailing fee is still $6.
- Picked-up from me in Houston, free and we can share a cup of coffee while you are here!
- Attend the Christmas card buffet on Sunday, December 8 from 2-4:30 pm to make your set cards with me and other paper crafters!
Thanks for stopping by today. Stop by tomorrow to see a similar look, but using some dies to create the village look. If you haven’t see the Christmas and Holiday cards you want yet, don’t worry. I have lots more creations!
