Birthday balloons, lots of them! This is a card I created a while ago, but forgot to post it! I was working with one of the card bases from my Cottage Greetings card kit. But more in keeping with my bright, fun colors, I paired it with more dramatic colors for a very special birthday card. As I was designing this idea, I came across Carol Lowenstein’s Pinkstampagne web site and her January 4 post. Wow, loved her card and thought it would make a great template for my card.
