Bee My Valentine suite

BEGINNER CRAFTER card

To make the below card, cut a Basic White card base – 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and a top piece 3-3/4″ x 5″. Using the Bee My Valentine stamp set stamp the flower images with Fresh Freesia and Granny Apple Green on the Basic White top piece. Stamp your greeting in the lower right-hand corner. Stamp the bee body image on Lemon Lolly card stock and the wings and antennae on Basic White card stock using Tuxedo Black ink. Punch out all the bee parts using the Bee Builder Punch and adhere them using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Adhere the bee to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals, and add this entire piece with Stampin’ Dimensionals to your card base.

CASUAL CRAFTER card

Start with a card base made of Just Kiddin’ Designer Series Paper to step up your beginner’s card. Or create your own DSP with Berry Burst card stock and randomly stamp little hearts around the edge with Berry Burst ink. Cut a second piece 3-3/4″ x 1-1/4″ panel of Basic White and stamp the flowers and stems on both Basic White pieces. Add the large white piece to your card with your favorite adhesive. On a scrap piece of Basic White card stock stamp a few more flowers, fussy cut them, and adhere to the small piece. Add the stamped small piece and the bee with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Lemon Lolly Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems.

AVID CRAFTER card

This “avid crafter” card is not that difficult to make. Just a few more layers and bling make it a definite WOW card. Stamp flowers across the entire card front and small layers using Petal Pink ink. Use black Stampin’ Emboss Powder to add some shine and dimension to the bee. Stamp the bee wings on Vellum card stock. Be sure to set it aside to dry, ink takes longer to dry on Vellum paper. Finish your card with a sentiment heat embossed with white Stampin’ Emboss Powder onto Basic Black card stock.
