Aged to perfection

I love the “Approaching Perfection” stamp set with it’s fun birthday greetings. It was one of the first items I got from this year’s Sale-aBration catalog. You can earn it free with any $50 purchase! I’ve used it a number of times this month for family and friends birthday cards! Here’s the card I created for a dear friend who’s birthday is only 10 days after mine. I used the Paper Blooms DSP, another Sale-a-Bration item. I love these papers! One side has beautiful flower designs, the other side has more graphic designs. A perfection combination for this card! This is another simple, quick card that still packs a big statement. I set the DSP on top of a Mossy Meadow card base, even though it’s not one of the listed DSP colors. I think it makes the DSP stand out even more. On the inside, I added a flower that I cut from the DSP along with the birthday greeting from Approaching Perfection stamp set.
