Last week heralded the annual Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration sale and the new spring Occasions Catalog. Oh so many wonderful things, but I’m having a hard time getting started again after almost 9 weeks off from crafting!
My sweet husband and I spent almost 3 weeks on a Mediterranean cruise over Thanksgiving and then in several cities in Europe before heading home just in time for Christmas. By the time we got home I was exhausted, I needed a vacation from my vacation, does that happen to you, too?
Once home, I did the few things I had to do to get ready for Christmas with family. Put up the wreath on the front door, pulled out a small table top Christmas tree (no time for the full tree and we were spending the holidays at family’s homes, not ours). And then I realized I forgot to make time to get all my wonderful Christmas cards that I shared with all of you made for myself. So did a quick email newsletter at the last minute, packed up and out again.
Now that I’m back, I’m trying to clean up the mess I left from November so I have room to stamp. And at the same time, I’m trying to clean out my retired stamp sets and supplies so I have room for all the new things! Never realized how much I love my Stampin’ Up! things!! Lots and lots of stuff! So cleaning and organizing takes a lot of time! Consequently, I’ve had no real time in my craft room for almost 10 weeks! I keep looking but I’m trying to keep my self focused to clean, clean, clean & organize! How about you?
