Yes, I think I’ve gone off the deep end with creating and crafting Valentine candy holders! Every time I think about quitting since I figure have enough different designs, several more ideas pop into my head. Argh…soon I will have more Valentine’s Day boxes than people I know! And I know I’ve gone over to the dark side when I’m planning ahead of what other holidays and gift giving occasions I can make more boxes to give out – LOL!
This is called a pinwheel box which I CASEd from Dawn Griffith’s post on January 19. I fell in love with the look and how easy she made it look. It takes a 6″ x 6″ piece of Stampin’ Up! designer paper, the envelope punch board and it quickly comes together. Hmm….well…that said, it did take me several tries before I figured out the final folding and tucking to get it right, but once I finally figured it out, it worked. I tucked in a Reese’s snack size PNB cup which fits perfectly into it! Now..who needs one of these treats?
