Do you have multiple projects going at the same time?

August 16, 2021 Leave a Comment

I do! With every new UPS shipment of my Stampin’ Up! orders, I excitedly tear into the boxes to reveal all my new fun products. But after a week of creating a lot of cards with the Mini and SAB stuff, I looked up in dismay to find myself in the midst of chaos from all my project pieces laying around.

What does your space look like after the new catalogs come out? Do you neatly stack everything then pull out one thing at a time to create your projects? Or are you like me and find yourself in craft heaven chaos?

Just recently I promised myself I would start cleaning up after each project before starting my next one! I’m getting better, in fact, I wish I had taken a picture a couple of days before these pictures when everything was where it was supposed to be stored – WOW, I loved the calming feeling I got from a clean table and room.

But as you can see I backslid back into old habits this past week as I was working on several projects using my SAB items and a few of the other stamp sets. Here are some pictures although my desks and craft table are pretty neat compared to my past chaos.

My craft table was really neat with only my blending brushes, ink pad, and a few DSP packs. I was doing most of my card design from my computer desk.

By the way – did you notice the tool caddy on my desk? I made it from a design from Ronda Wade’s Creative Corner group to which I belong. The caddy has really helped me keep my tools and things I use a lot corraled in one place so I don’t have to spend 5 minutes looking for them. Here’s a close-up – I love it!!

I had to stop to clean up all my areas for my “Kraft Together” Saturday. My attendees needed a place to work on their projects. Hope you had a crafty weekend like I did! But I’ll have more cards this week so be sure to stop by to see what I created.

Thanks for stopping by today. If you don’t have a demonstrator, I’d love to be yours. Just hop over to my site to shop. Hugs to all of you, and happy stamping!
