Yesterday I shared my MOJO469 card entry for this week. If you missed it, see it here. Then in a moment of creativity at 5 am in the morning (unheard of for me, a non-morning person) I created this 2nd entry card using the same template. When I first saw this week’s template, I thought it would take me a while to come up with a combination of papers for the layout. But not only did it almost create itself, I made 2! Here’s today’s card.
Again, the papers are from Happy Haunting…yes, the Halloween DSP from last year! But it sure doesn’t look like Halloween to me, unless you’re thinking “black & orange”. Most of the card uses retired Stampin’ Up! products other than the Very Vanilla and Basic Black card stock and the Layering Circles dies. On the inside I used the new Large Letters and Numbers framelits to make a “BIG” statement about her birthday – LOL!
I’m really enjoying pulling out all my retired DSP and finding ways to use them in my fall cards. This one will make a great birthday card for my sister’s 60th birthday this week!
